Treatment Coordinator

LOCATION

Forney, TX

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our pediatric and orthodontic practice in Forney, TX. This role is primarily focused on treatment plan presentation, patient communication, and case acceptance.

Responsibilities:

Present pediatric and orthodontic treatment plans clearly to parents/patients

Discuss financial options and assist with treatment acceptance

Coordinate and schedule treatment

Submit insurance claims (billing handled by dedicated team)

Ensure a positive and efficient patient experience

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Saturday (Orthodontics – REQUIRED) (Additional bonus provided)

Qualifications:

Prior dental or orthodontic treatment coordination experience preferred

Strong communication and case presentation skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Performance-based bonuses

Additional Saturday bonus
