We’re currently seeking a hybrid Front Desk & Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and eager to grow with a modern, patient-focused practice.

Position Overview

In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between Dental Assisting and Front Desk responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and positive experiences for every patient. You’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting both clinical efficiency and administrative workflows.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care

Assist chair-side during dental procedures

Take and develop X-rays

Perform coronal polishing and other clinical tasks within your certifications

Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols

Support clinical team in delivering efficient and high-quality patient care

Front Desk Responsibilities first priority:

Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs

Schedule and confirm appointments

Manage patient records and insurance claims

Handle phone inquiries and general office communication

Support billing and payment processing

Requirements

X-Ray Certification (required)

Coronal Polishing Certification (required)

Excellent communication and chairside manner

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Willingness to grow through continuing education

Previous experience in dental assisting or front desk preferred
