Full time RDA needed for a private practice in Toms River, NJ
LOCATION
Toms River, NJWe are seeking a reliable, experienced dental assistant to join our close-knit dental practice on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a warm, patient-focused environment where many families have been coming to us for years and feel at home from their first visit.
Our practice is a general, single-doctor office that accepts PPO and private patients. We are proud of our small, “mom and pop” atmosphere and flexible office hours that help support both our team and our patients. This position is available due to the retirement of our current dental assistant.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience and strong technical skills, including the ability to scan, make temporary restorations, and order efficiently. A high school education is required. Cross-training is not required for this role.
We provide disposable gowns, latex gloves, regular masks, and a yearly uniform allowance. Additional benefits include a 401(k), immediate vacation day, and possible monthly bonuses. Pay is $37 per hour.
Lunch is scheduled as a 1-hour break on Mondays and Wednesdays, while other days the break is worked in between patients. Parking is available in the back lot. We encourage qualified candidates to reach out, and interview logistics can be discussed during the hiring process.
