Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist

We are excited to invite qualified candidates to apply for a part-time Dental Hygienist position in our expanding dental practice, where we focus on both General Dentistry and Prosthodontics. As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our patients while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of essential dental hygiene tasks. You will conduct scaling and polishing procedures, preventive treatments, and thorough assessments of patients’ oral health. You will also review patient medical histories, take vital signs, and assess their needs. Educating patients about personalized oral hygiene practices will also be a key focus, enabling them to maintain optimal dental health. Additionally, you will take dental radiographs and adhere to stringent infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Accurate documentation of treatment notes in our HIPAA-compliant software, Eaglesoft, is an essential part of your duties.
Work Environment:
Our practice values patient care and the well-being of our staff. You will see one patient at a time, allowing for focused, thorough care. Typical appointment times are structured to ensure quality: one hour for prophylaxis/perio, 1.5 hours for scaling and root planing, and 1.5 hours for new patients. A 30-minute lunch break is provided to recharge between appointments, and convenient parking is available in our lot.
Qualifications:

Benefits:
