Looking for Patient Care Coordinator for Small Private Office

We are a small, private dental practice where patients are not just numbers but part of our extended family. Dr. Molloy started this practice 30+ years ago, and after he retired this year, he transitioned the practice over to his longtime patient Dr. Klavy Usheva. Dr. Klavy has maintained the warmth and familiarity that our patients have come to expect, and she hopes to add a caring team member who is ready to care for our loyal patients.
Our ideal candidate can work Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm with a lunch break from 12-1pm. We offer scrub allowance, dental, paid sick time, and vacation.
Duties would include working with our office manager and answering phones/scheduling patients, greeting and checking patients in, verifying insurance, checking patients out and taking payments.

Dr. Molloy has just retired and Dr. Klavy Usheva has bought the practice! She was a patient of Dr. Molloy's who he inspired to become a dentist and the staff have known her for years. Depending on the day, Dr. Molloy is still in the office greeting patients and introducing Dr. Klavy.
We're a small private practice with longtime patients. One hour long appointments 8am-5pm with a one hour lunch break 12-1pm.
