About Us
Cavazos Cosmetic Dentistry is a growing private practice with a strong team culture. We work hard, support one another, and have fun along the way. This is not your typical dental office—we genuinely care for each other and our patients, and we go the extra mile to deliver exceptional care. About the position:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
Experience Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
• Proficient in Open Dental (preferred)
• Strong clinical skills, including making high-quality temporary crowns, especially anterior temps (Required)
• Experience with Invisalign and iTero is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
Work Ethic & Attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Proactive and able to manage the back office independently
• Willing to learn, adapt, and help where needed
• A true team player—no “that’s not my job” attitude
• Cares deeply about patients and coworkers alike
• Willing to stay late to take care of our patients, if needed.
Office Hours
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 8am-12pm
We are looking for someone for 2 days a week, possibly 3 days a week.
We can discuss which days at the interview.
