Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist looking for an opportunity to enhance your professional skills in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our general dental practice, where we prioritize patient care and foster a collaborative atmosphere among our staff.
As a Dental Hygienist with us, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental cleanings, conducting thorough examinations to assess oral health, and helping educate patients about proper dental hygiene practices. Your expertise will ensure that our patients receive the best possible preventive care, contributing to their overall dental health.
In our practice, you will work full-time with a structured schedule that allows for focused patient attention. You will see one patient at a time, allowing for an in-depth interaction that lasts 50 minutes for recall visits and 1 hour and 30 minutes for new patients. This approach enables you to build meaningful relationships with patients and tailor your care to meet their needs effectively.
Ideal candidates will have experience with EagleSoft software, as familiarity with this system will streamline our processes and enhance patient records management. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for patients during their visits.
We value our team members and offer competitive compensation at $50 per hour (negotiable), along with attractive benefits including paid time off (PTO), a 401k plan, a uniform allowance, and insurance options if needed. A one-hour lunch break is provided to ensure you stay refreshed throughout the day, and convenient parking is available at the rear of the building.
