We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented front office team member to join our vibrant dental practice. Our newly renovated facility boasts six treatment chairs, a 3D CT machine, and state-of-the-art digital X-ray technology, ensuring we provide the highest level of care to our patients.

As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, handling billing and insurance inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our patients. Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically Open Dental, is essential. Strong organizational skills and a passion for excellent customer service are must-haves as you interact with patients and support our clinical team.

We prioritize the safety of our staff and patients and provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
