Full time Dental Assistant

LOCATION

Parlin, NJ

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join a busy general dental practice on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent support, and is eager to contribute to a positive team environment. Candidates should be either newly out of DA school or have at least one year of experience in a dental office, and be comfortable working in a professional clinical setting.

Responsibilities may include assisting with patient care, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking dental x-rays, and supporting the dental team with daily office flow. There may also be some cross training in other areas of the practice. An X-ray license is preferred; if not already obtained, it must be acquired. This position offers Monday through Thursday hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an hour lunch break. Parking is available in our parking lot. Compensation is depending on experience and credentials, ranging from $21 to $27 per hour. Benefits include health benefits, 401K, and PTO.
