Small Office Full Time RDH

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Dental Hygienist to join our esteemed dental practice, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a private, general practice setting. This full-time position is ideal for dental hygienists with a passion for patient education and comfort, as you will be working closely with patients to promote optimal oral health and preventative care.
In this role, you will enjoy one-on-one patient interactions, spending a minimum of one hour with each patient. Our practice focuses on delivering personalized care, and you will be instrumental in building lasting relationships with our patients. The typical schedule allows for an approximately one-hour lunch break, ensuring you have the necessary downtime to recharge and provide top-quality service throughout the day.
As a Dental Hygienist, your responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, assessing oral health, taking and developing radiographs, applying fluoride treatments, and educating patients about proper oral hygiene techniques. We believe in a collaborative approach, and you will work alongside our skilled team to enhance patient care and experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a dental hygiene role and possess a valid dental hygienist license. You should be proficient in using dental software and have a strong understanding of various dental procedures. We are looking for an individual who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to helping our patients achieve their best oral health.
In addition to a competitive salary range of $50 to $65 per hour, we offer an excellent benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401k match to help you secure your financial future.
