This role is ideal for someone with strong dental front office experience who enjoys patient communication, treatment presentation, insurance coordination, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

Present treatment plans and financial options to patients with confidence and professionalism
Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
Maintain strong patient communication and customer service
Help improve treatment acceptance and patient experience
Help manage daily front office operations and ensure office efficiency
Coordinate with doctors and clinical team regarding patient care and scheduling
Monitor schedules to optimize productivity
Handle patient collections and payment arrangements
Ensure accurate documentation and communication within the practice management software
Assist with team coordination and overall office organization

This role focuses primarily on treatment coordination, insurance verification, patient communication, and scheduling

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience required
Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and benefits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with dental practice management software preferred
Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
