• Days: Monday through Thursday (Enjoy a guaranteed 3-day weekend every single week!)
• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Real Talk on Timing: While our standard hours are 10-7, dentistry can be unpredictable. Depending on the day's final patients and closing duties, we sometimes finish after 7:30 PM. Our staff regularly clock 9+ hours per day, providing excellent paycheck stability. Please ensure this evening flexibility fits your personal life before applying.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour (Directly tied to your speed and experience).

What You Will Do:
Because we are a streamlined, small private office, our assistants handle both the back and a small part of the front to keep the day running smoothly:
• Clinical: High-quality chairside assisting, digital X-rays, model pouring, coronal polishing, and fabricating excellent temporary crowns/bridges.
• Technology: Take digital scans using our TRIOS scanner and manage charts in Eaglesoft.
• Front Support: Enthusiastically greet patients, answer phones with a warm smile, and check patients in or out when the front desk is busy.

Qualifications We Require:
• Active Texas RDA license.
• 3+ years of solid, independent experience (5+ years preferred). You should be fully competent on day one for the required skills
• Mastery of TRIOS scanning and temporary crown fabrication.
• A naturally warm, friendly and positive personality that is compatible with our office culture.
