As a Dental Hygienist in our modern, digital office equipped with the latest technology, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients, helping them maintain optimal oral health. You will work closely with our two highly skilled doctors and a supportive staff, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention and the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough oral hygiene assessments and develop tailored care plans for patients.
- Perform scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and other preventative services.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene, dental care practices, and the importance of preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our digital system.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance patient flow and office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) credential is required.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in a dental hygiene role.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
In our modern facility, you will see one patient at a time, typically spending 60 minutes with adults, allowing you to build rapport and provide comprehensive care. Enjoy the convenience of private on-site parking and a 1-hour lunch break to recharge during your busy day.
Benefits:
