Full Time Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused dental assistant to join a modern, growing practice that emphasizes education, comfort, and high-quality care. This full-time role supports a wide range of services, including general dentistry, pediatric care, periodontal treatment, orthodontics, single-doctor private practice operations, and endodontic procedures. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment where patient experience and clinical excellence go hand in hand.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down rooms, sterilization, flossing and polishing before and after scaling, assisting the dentist during operative appointments, iTero scanning, appliance delivery, provisional crown fabrication, crown and bridge delivery, and treatment plan discussion and presentation. Some front desk experience is welcome but not required; basic training will be provided for rare occasions when assistance is needed at the front desk.

Candidates should have a high school education and at least 1 year of dental assisting experience. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to maintaining a professional, compassionate environment.

Benefits include PTO and a health care stipend. The hourly rate is $25–$30. PPE provided includes face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available in the ADA parking lot attached to the building. There is no dedicated lunch time, but each employee is entitled to lunch and breaks.
