Are you a passionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist looking to make a positive impact in patients’ lives? Our small, hometown general practice in Norfolk, VA, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team on a part-time basis. Our office prides itself on its warm atmosphere and commitment to personalized patient care.

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will provide exceptional services to our patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention. You will be responsible for performing thorough dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and utilizing advanced dental technology. Our office is equipped with digital x-ray capabilities and manages patient records with Dentrix Ascend dental software, allowing you to focus on delivering top-notch care.

We value the safety and comfort of our team and patients, and we provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) including face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks to ensure a safe working environment.

In this part-time position, you will work with one patient at a time, typically spending one hour with each patient. This ample time allows you to build meaningful relationships and provide tailored care that meets each patient’s unique needs. A one-hour lunch break is provided to ensure you have time to recharge during your shift.

Candidates must be a certified hygienist with a strong commitment to patient care and a desire to be part of our growing family-oriented practice. We are excited to offer a competitive compensation rate of $52 per hour to reflect the skills and dedication you bring to our team.
