We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Assistant to join our dynamic Endodontics office, where teamwork and patient care are our priorities. In this full-time role, you will work closely with our skilled practitioners to ensure a seamless patient experience. Our office utilizes advanced technology, including Dexis X-rays and Carestream CBCT, along with electronic charting through PBS.

As an integral member of our team, your responsibilities will include chairside assistance during root canal treatments and exams, patient education, and maintaining infection control protocols. You will also handle dental charting and monitor nitrous oxide during procedures. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and proficiency in four-handed dentistry are essential for success in this role.

You will enjoy a structured work environment with block scheduling that allows for an efficient patient flow. We offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $29 to $34, depending on experience and certifications, plus a monthly collection bonus that typically adds an additional $2-3 per hour. Our benefits package includes contributions to medical insurance, paid time off (PTO), and stipends for dental and uniforms.

Endodontics Office
Doctor sees 3-4 RCT’s per day and multiple exams throughout the day. Block scheduling for efficient flow. Well organized office. Dexis Xrays; Carestream CBCT; PBS electronic charting. Usually have 2 assistants to work closely together. Office hours 7:45-4:30. Needed at 7:30 am to start first patient at 7:45.
