Dental Assistant, 2+ years experience

We are a growing, private, multi-doctor general dental practice seeking an experienced, compassionate, and growth-focused dental assistant to join our friendly dental family. With more than 30 years of trusted service to Avon Lake and surrounding communities, our practice is built on teamwork, professionalism, and a warm, patient-centered approach. Our team includes 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants, a front desk receptionist/insurance coordinator, and a business office manager, and we are looking for another amazing team member to complete our group.

This full-time position is ideal for a prompt, self-motivated dental assistant who enjoys working in a positive environment and takes pride in delivering excellent care. Responsibilities include 4-handed dentistry, sterilization, room setup and breakdown, impression making, provisional crown fabrication, and dental photography. Strong dental assisting skills for a general dentist and X-ray certification are required. An Ohio radiology license, CPR certification, and knowledge of Dentrix software are a plus. At least 2 years of experience is preferred.

This role offers 36–40 hours per week, a 1-hour lunch break, hourly pay, PTO, 401(k) with matching, and paid holidays.
