Looking for part time hygienist for Tuesday's and Fridays

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our growing dental team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a General, Multi-doctor, Private practice environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care with a strong focus on comfort, education, and clinical excellence.

Our practice has been serving patients for 11 years and is known for providing high-quality care paired with outstanding customer service. We are a team of 9 dedicated professionals who value collaboration, positivity, and a supportive work environment. In addition to routine preventive care, we also offer advanced services including Invisalign as a Gold provider, implant placement and restoration, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and full mouth rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will have a dental hygiene license and a great attitude, along with a desire to help patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. While 1 year of experience is preferred, we are open to applicants who demonstrate strong clinical potential and a willingness to learn. Candidates should be comfortable providing one-on-one care, as the schedule is designed to see one patient at a time with approximately 1 hour allocated for prophylaxis appointments.

Key responsibilities include performing prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal evaluations, oral cancer screenings, gingivitis screening and treatment, fluoride treatments, sealant placement, and patient education. Experience with tools and procedures such as Cavitron use, ultrasonic scaling, local anesthesia, nitrous oxide administration and monitoring, antimicrobial and antibiotic therapy, and treatment planning is highly valued. Additional strengths that support success in this role include bilingual communication, CPR certification, dental charting, chart and record maintenance, and a patient-centered approach to hygiene care.

We provide a full hour lunch break, same-day pay via Zelle or paper check, and a comprehensive PPE protocol that includes disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available in the building’s parking deck.
