This Is Different
This is not a “hand me instruments” assistant position.

You will become an integral part of:
✅ Implant Surgery
✅ LANAP / PerioLase Laser Therapy
✅ Digital Dentistry (CBCT + Medit Scanners)
✅ Full-Arch / All-on-X Cases
✅ PRF & Advanced Bone Grafting

You will work directly alongside a Board-Certified Periodontist and gain experience rarely found in a general dental office. If you’re looking for a slow-paced office where every day is the same, this probably isn’t the place for you.

👩‍⚕️ The Position & Schedule
Hours: 3–4 Days Per Week (Mon, Tue, Thu)
Weekends: Alternating Fridays (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week!)

Location: Duncanville, TX
📋 What You’ll Do
Assist in complex implant surgeries, LANAP laser procedures, grafting, and PRF.
Utilize CBCT imaging, Medit digital scanners, and modern digital workflows.
Manage surgical setup, breakdown, and strict sterilization oversight.
Oversee inventory and implant component organization.
Handle clinical photography, documentation, and lab case tracking.
Maintain surgical flow and keep procedures running efficiently.

💰 What We Offer
Top-of-Market Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 / hour (based on surgical experience)
