Convergent Dentistry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a relationship-driven practice that prioritizes clinical excellence, patient education, and a positive, supportive work environment.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
✅ Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required
Active Kansas Dental Assistant credentials (as required by state law)
Experience with digital radiographs
Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
Strong communication and patient care skills
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
🦷 Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor during a variety of clinical procedures
Prepare and break down operatories
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
Ensure proper sterilization and infection control standards
Maintain accurate charting and clinical notes
Support patient education and overall office flow
