Full Time Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a modern, patient-centered practice that values quality care, teamwork, and continuous growth. This is a full-time opportunity in a general, single-doctor, private office environment where every team member plays an important role in creating a welcoming, family-friendly experience for patients of all ages.

The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to delivering excellent preventive care while supporting a positive and comfortable patient experience. In this role, you will work with one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on personalized treatment and strong clinical relationships. Appointments are typically scheduled for 1 hour for prophy visits, with additional time as needed for SRP cases. A 1-hour lunch break is provided.

Key responsibilities include performing thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and SRP procedures as appropriate; documenting findings accurately in Open Dental; educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care; and collaborating closely with the doctor and team to support comprehensive treatment planning. Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor are essential, as the practice is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for at every visit.
