We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to become a key member of our growing team.

Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment.
Assist the doctor chairside during restorative, crown and bridge, fixed and removable prosthodontics, extractions, endodontics, implant procedures, and other general dental treatments.
Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
Perform digital intraoral scans (Medit i700 experience is a plus).
Fabricate and adjust provisional crowns.
Take alginate and PVS impressions when needed.
Properly clean, package, and sterilize instruments while maintaining OSHA and CDC infection control standards.
Maintain stocked, organized operatories throughout the day.
Accurately chart treatment and maintain detailed clinical notes in Eaglesoft.
Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene.
Monitor inventory and notify the doctor when supplies need replenishing.
Work efficiently to keep appointments on schedule while maintaining exceptional patient care.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred.
Experience with general dentistry procedures.
Excellent digital radiography skills.
Experience with Eaglesoft preferred.
Experience with digital scanners is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Schedule
Full-time
Approximately 30–40 hours per week
Monday through Friday during scheduled patient care hours.
Occasional Saturday availability preferred.
