Registered Dental Assistant

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Drip Dental is looking for a motivated dental assistant to complete our team. We're a family-focused practice in Dripping Springs, three years in and growing, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants room to keep growing, professionally and personally.

If you love working with people and want your work to matter day to day, we'd like to meet you. Our office runs modern digital tech, including digital radiography, CBCT, intraoral scanning, and Oryx practice management.

Certifications required:
· Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration
· Radiography certification to take X-rays, per Texas rules

Your responsibilities:
· Assist the dentist chairside and provide pre- and post-op patient care
· Seat patients, take vitals, and record medical and dental histories
· Sterilize instruments, set up trays, turn over operatories, and maintain infection control
· Take and process digital radiographs and CBCT scans
· Capture intraoral scans, digital photography, and impressions or models
· Fabricate temporary crowns, bleaching trays, and other lab work
· Prepare and present treatment plans, and support scheduling, records, and payments in Oryx

What We Offer:
· A full time position, 4 days per week, 7:30a - 3:30p
· $21-28/hour, based on experience
· Weekly team production bonus. When the office beats its weekly goal, the bonus pool is split across the team and paid on your regular paycheck
· $1,500/year in-house dental credit for you and your household

Preferred, not required:
· 2-3 years of experience
· N2O Certified
· Sealant Certified
