Periodontal Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Towson, MDWe are a growing periodontal practice seeking a dependable and detail-oriented dental assistant to join our team in a full-time role. Our office currently has one provider, with a new provider joining within 30 days, along with a hygiene department. We are a very high-tech, efficient practice that serves a PPO and private patient base and values teamwork, professionalism, and patient care.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience and must be x-ray certified and CDA credentialed. A high school education is required. Experience with Sirona, SoftDent, Carestream, Schick, digital X-rays, implants, and lasers is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is comfortable supporting periodontal procedures, maintaining organized chairside flow, and contributing to a smooth and productive clinical environment.
This role includes a 60-minute unpaid lunch break. On-site parking is available for convenience. We provide disposable gowns, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to support a safe work environment. Benefits include health insurance and PTO. Compensation is based on experience.
