Join a supportive, team-oriented private dental practice that is dedicated to whole-person care, periodontal health, and creating a calm, positive experience for every patient. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a motivated dental hygienist who values collaboration, compassion, and excellence in clinical care.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services for patients of all ages and stages of life, with a strong focus on periodontal care. You will perform calculus removal, gingivitis screening, oral cancer screening, periodontal screening, prophylaxis, and patient recall services. Responsibilities also include local anesthesia administration and nitrous oxide monitoring, as well as delivering care to patients with dental anxiety in a reassuring, respectful manner.
The practice values quality over quantity, allowing you to focus on one patient at a time and deliver attentive, personalized treatment. Appointment times are structured to support thorough care, with approximately 50 minutes for prophy/perio maintenance visits and 60–90 minutes for SRP appointments. A 30-minute lunch break is provided.
This position requires an active RDH license, local anesthesia certification, nitrous oxide certification, and CPR certification. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply, making this a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow in a supportive environment with mentorship and teamwork.
The office provides nitrile gloves and regular masks as part of its PPE standards, and free parking is available in the lot next to the building for added convenience. Team members also enjoy an extremely flexible schedule with customizable days and hours, along with PTO and a workplace culture that values appreciation, communication, and mutual support.
Compensation is $50–$62 per hour, depending on experience.
