Front Desk Concierge

Are you someone who loves creating great first impressions and helping people feel comfortable and cared for? We’re looking for a Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face of our orthodontic office. This role focuses on greeting patients and families, escorting them to the right place, and helping ensure a warm, friendly, and smooth experience from the moment they walk in.

Unlike traditional front desk roles, your focus will be purely on creating an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
Guide patients to the appropriate team members or areas of the office
Offer introductions and ensure patients feel supported throughout their visit
Serve as a liaison between patients and clinical or front desk teams
You’re a great fit if you:

Love engaging with people and creating meaningful connections
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are calm, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Have experience in hospitality, customer service, or healthcare welcome roles (a plus!)
