We are seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join a growing periodontal specialty practice that serves a mix of PPO and private patients. This is a full-time opportunity for a clinician who values high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a collaborative team.
This role goes beyond traditional hygiene. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in periodontal care and a genuine interest in helping patients understand the importance of prevention, maintenance, and long-term oral health. Daily responsibilities will include periodontal maintenance appointments, patient education, new patient evaluations, and close collaboration with the doctors during surgical procedures. In addition, you will play an active role in treatment planning support and patient acceptance, helping guide individuals toward the care they need.
We are looking for someone who leads with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude. The right candidate will be dependable, organized, and confident in a specialty setting. Prior experience in periodontics is strongly preferred, but equally important is a commitment to continual learning, teamwork, and clinical excellence. This position is well suited for a hygienist who enjoys variety, takes pride in elevating patient care, and wants to be a trusted clinical resource within the practice.
Our practice culture is supportive, respectful, and focused on delivering exceptional service. We value clear communication, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence. The environment is intentionally close-knit, allowing team members to build lasting relationships with patients while maintaining a high standard of care. If you enjoy working in a setting where your expertise is appreciated and your input matters, this could be an excellent fit.
Full-time scheduling is available, with professional growth and long-term stability in a specialty practice that values experience and leadership. Competitive compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
For safety and protection, the office provides the following PPE: disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
If you are ready for a rewarding full-time role where your skills, professionalism, and passion for periodontal care can make a lasting impact, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
