Farmers Branch, TXWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented dental assistant to join our growing private practice. This is a full-time opportunity in a single-doctor, general dentistry office with 4 operatories and a fully digital workflow. We value efficiency, teamwork, and quality patient care in a professional setting.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience and a strong foundation in dental assisting skills, including dental charting, dental terminology, infection control, instrument sterilization, sterile procedures, radiology, and digital X-rays. Experience with Open Dental, DEXIS, intraoral camera use, iTero, implants, and Invisalign is preferred. Strong customer service skills and CPR certification are required. Additional experience with iTero scanning and Invisalign is especially important for this role.
This position offers a consistent 4-day workweek with alternating Mondays and Fridays off. Parent-friendly hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Wednesday, and 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Thursday and Friday. No lunch break is provided. Parking is available in the front parking lot. PPE supplied includes nitrile gloves and regular masks.
Compensation starts at $23+ per hour, with benefits including insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and bonus opportunities. We are looking for someone who is ready to grow with a busy, efficient private practice and contribute to excellent patient care.
