In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dental care. You will conduct thorough patient assessments, perform prophylaxis, administer preventive care, and educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining their dental health. Our practice encompasses a wide range of services, including general, multi-specialty, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry, all tailored to meet our patients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and periodontal assessments.
- Collaborate with the dental team to implement tailored treatment plans that address each patient's specific goals, whether managing periodontal health or performing complex restorative procedures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive techniques, ensuring they understand the need for each treatment option.
- Foster a comfortable and welcoming environment that promotes patient relaxation and trust.

Requirements:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist License in the state of California.
- CPR certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
- Valid X-Ray License.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff alike.

Our practice offers competitive compensation, with an annual salary range of $80,000 – $134,400 or commission-based options. Plus, you’ll enjoy a supportive and friendly atmosphere where teamwork is valued.
