Are you a passionate and dedicated dental hygienist looking to join a thriving, family-friendly dental practice? Our general dental office is on the lookout for a part-time dental hygienist to become an integral part of our team. With most of our employees having been with us for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment where both patients and team members feel like family.
In our practice, we prioritize building strong relationships with our patients, taking the time to connect and engage during visits. Our two experienced doctors provide a comprehensive range of dental services, including restorative procedures, some implant placements, root canals, extractions, and Suresmile aligners. While familiarity with Carestream software is a plus, it is not a requirement—your expertise in dental hygiene is what truly matters!
As our new dental hygienist, your responsibilities will include performing thorough periodontal screenings, dental charting, and patient education. You will utilize your skills in antibiotic therapy, antimicrobial placement, and Arestin therapy to deliver exceptional care. We treat a diverse patient population, including special needs patients, and you will have the opportunity to provide pediatric hygiene as well. Our practice utilizes modern tools such as intraoral cameras and digital x-rays to enhance the patient experience and promote effective communication and education.
Safety is our top priority, and we provide all necessary personal protective equipment, including nitrile gloves and regular masks, to ensure a safe working environment.
