Closed: Wednesday & Sunday
Compensation
$18–$27/hour, based on experience, certifications, and ability to assist independently
Performance-based bonuses available
Position Overview
We are a growing dental practice in McKinney, Texas seeking a reliable Dental Assistant to support efficient clinical operations and provide high-quality patient care. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable assisting independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Chairside assisting during restorative and preventive procedures
• Preparing, breaking down, and turning over operatories efficiently
• Taking dental X-rays and intraoral photos (per Texas requirements)
• Maintaining sterilization, infection control, and operatory cleanliness
• Accurate clinical charting and documentation
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Supporting overall clinic flow and team needs
Requirements
• Dental Assistant experience required; at least 2 years preferred
• Texas X-ray certification required
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable assisting independently without constant supervision
