Hygienist - Hurst Location

This is a full-time opportunity ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a collaborative setting with a strong emphasis on preventive care, patient education, and clinical excellence. Our practice serves patients with PPO and private dental plans, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable delivering exceptional care while contributing to a positive and efficient clinical workflow.

Key responsibilities include providing dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing; performing thorough periodontal assessments and charting; taking and reviewing dental radiographs; applying preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants; and educating patients on oral hygiene habits and recommended treatment plans. Accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication are essential in maintaining high clinical standards and supporting excellent patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RDH license and current CPR/BLS certification. A strong foundation in clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members are essential. We are looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and committed to fostering long-term patient relationships through empathy, respect, and education.

A college-level understanding of dental hygiene principles and patient care is important, along with the confidence to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
