Part-Time or Full-Time RDH Needed

LOCATION
Burkburnett, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join a high-performing dental team in a busy, patient-centered practice. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated professional who values clinical excellence, patient education, and collaborative care. Our practice serves a diverse patient population across general dentistry and multi-specialty services, with a mix of Medicaid, PPO, and private insurance plans.

In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting oral health and helping patients maintain healthy smiles through preventive care and personalized education. You will work closely with dentists and other clinical team members to deliver comprehensive hygiene services in a professional, efficient, and compassionate environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene procedures
- Taking and reviewing dental radiographs as appropriate
- Assessing oral health conditions and documenting findings accurately
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
- Assisting with the detection of periodontal disease and other oral health concerns
- Applying fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive measures as directed
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting smooth patient flow
- Following infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean, organized operatory

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in dental hygiene principles, excellent communication skills, and a patient-first mindset. Success in this role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Experience working with a broad range of insurance plans and patient needs is beneficial, as is the ability to adapt to a multi-specialty clinical environment.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and well-equipped workplace. Personal protective equipment provided includes disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to support proper infection prevention and daily clinical safety.

This is an excellent opportunity for a college-educated dental hygiene professional who is looking to contribute to a supportive practice that values quality care, teamwork, and long-term patient relationships. If you are passionate about preventive dentistry and enjoy making a meaningful difference in patients’ oral health, this position offers a rewarding environment to grow and thrive.

I know what it’s like to work for a bad practice. I feel like I wasted 4 years of my professional life. A classmate told me about Cloud Dentistry. In the past 8 months, I have worked in numerous practices, had better instrumentation to practice my craft, and have felt a great sense of respect. It’s amazing to feel free again while earning more money.

I really like the rating system for both the provider and the office so that it provides a brief snapshot of the level of service provided.
