Ortho Assistant. 4 years minimum

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented dental professional to support a busy, patient-focused practice serving a wide range of dental needs, including general dentistry, pedodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, multi-specialty care, multi-doctor coordination, endodontics, and a mix of Medicaid, HMO, PPO, and private patients. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, professionalism, and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting during procedures, taking and recording vital information as directed, supporting patient comfort, and maintaining accurate clinical and office records. You will also help with chairside assistance, setup and cleanup, and day-to-day clinical workflow to ensure smooth operations throughout the office.

The ideal candidate has a high school education, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with both children and adults. Prior dental office experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented practice is equally important.

For safety and infection control, the office provides disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. We value a respectful, professional environment and are looking for someone who is committed to quality patient care and supporting an efficient dental team.
