North Shore Dental, a family-owned general dentistry practice, is seeking an energetic and highly motivated dental hygienist to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering exemplary patient care in a supportive and friendly environment. Our team thrives on integrity and collaboration, and we are looking for a passionate individual who brings exceptional communication skills and a commitment to patient comfort.
As a dental hygienist in our practice, you will be responsible for providing top-quality hygiene care to our patients, ensuring their dental needs are met with compassion and professionalism. You will typically engage with one patient at a time, dedicating 60 minutes for adult prophylaxis and 90 minutes for new patient assessments. Your expertise with Dentrix, DEXIS, Digital Radiography/X-Rays, intraoral cameras, and lasers will be invaluable as you perform routine cleanings, educate patients on oral health, and assist in developing tailored treatment plans.
We offer a full-time or part-time position with flexible hours, typically from Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The starting pay is competitive at $50 per hour or commission-based, allowing you to maximize your earning potential depending on your performance and commitment to patient care.
