Join Our Front Office Team!

At our dental practice, we focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our front office team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, helping to create a friendly and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using our Oryx scheduling software.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy.
- Maintain accurate patient charts and ensure all paperwork is completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to optimize patient flow and experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and practices is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
