seek a full-time RDA ( private practice in Flower Mound, Mon-Thurs )

We are a private dental office seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are a well-established practice with 200+ 5-star Google reviews, proudly serving Flower Mound, Lewisville, and nearby communities.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled, dependable assistant who values a positive work environment and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.
-Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (4-day workweek)
-Compensation & Benefits:
$20–$24/hour (based on experience)
Paid holidays (5 days)

Key Responsibilities
-Back Office:
Chairside assisting (Eaglesoft experience preferred)
Digital impressions (TRIOS scanner)
X-rays
Coronal polishing
Fabrication of temporary crowns/bridges
Model pouring

-Front Office Support:
Greet and check in/out patients with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer phones and handle patient inquiries courteously

Qualifications:
-Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Texas
-3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
-Strong skills in digital scanning (TRIOS )
-Experience with temporary crowns/bridges
-Comfortable communicating with patients over the phone
-Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
