Dental Coordinator
LOCATION
Glen Ellyn, ILDental Patient Coordinator / Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional full-time Dental Patient Coordinator to join our Glen Ellyn dental team.
Our ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient calls or walks through our doors.
If you are dependable, positive, detail-oriented, and enjoy building relationships with patients and coworkers, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients warmly in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and help manage the daily schedule efficiently
Confirm appointments and contact patients regarding follow-up care
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts and information
Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Help create a positive and caring experience for every patient
Qualifications:
Previous dental office experience required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable learning dental software and office systems
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:50 AM – 4:00 PM (Close)
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Close)
Two Saturdays per month: 7:50 AM – 2:00 PM (Close)
When working a Saturday, you will have a weekday off that week.
