Compensation & Perks

$850 daily guarantee (first 3 months, or higher if net production % is greater - whichever is more for YOU)

30% Net Production

Negotiable compensation package — we are flexible and open to tailoring the structure to fit your needs and career goals, as well as the office budget/goals.......i.e., a win-win

$5,000 signing bonus with minimum 1 year Full Time (negotiable terms)

The Opportunity

This role goes beyond dentistry. You’ll receive hands-on clinical mentorship to sharpen your skills in implants, Invisalign, CEREC, and same-day dentistry — while also gaining business and leadership mentorship that most associates never get.

Learn how to read and manage P&Ls, operations, and practice leadership

Develop the skills to one day run your own practice with confidence

Work directly with owner doctors who will support you in both patient care and practice management

Additional Details:

Procedures: General dentistry, with strong preference for implants, GP ortho/Invisalign, CEREC, and same-day dentistry

Schedule: Typically 8–4 or 9–5, flexible days & times (no 10 or 12-hour days, work life balance)

Mentorship: Formal and informal pathways for clinical & business development

New Grads: Open — preference for some experience, but receptive to new grads who are coachable and motivated

Technology: Digital X-rays, 3D imaging, CAD/CAM systems, laser dentistry, electronic health records

Growth Path: Partnership opportunity available
