We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our team in a vibrant and patient-centered dental practice. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a critical role in promoting oral health, improving patient care, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
Responsibilities:
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for examining patients' teeth and gums, performing teeth cleanings, and taking X-rays as necessary. You will educate patients about proper oral hygiene techniques and assist them in understanding the importance of routine dental care. Each appointment will allow you to devote your full attention to one patient at a time, ensuring they receive personalized care and attention. Typically, you will spend one hour with each patient, which allows ample time to provide comprehensive treatment and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program and be licensed to practice in the state. Strong communication skills, a gentle touch, and a friendly demeanor are essential to help ensure a positive experience for patients.
Work Environment:
Our office is equipped with a variety of high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure the safety and well-being of both staff and patients. You will have access to disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks, all of which reflect our commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
