As an integral member of our team, you will work alongside Dr. Julia Snyder in a fully private practice—free from corporate influences. This allows us the freedom to focus on what truly matters: delivering exceptional, personalized care to each patient. Your role will involve conducting thorough hygiene assessments, providing dental cleanings, and educating patients on the importance of oral health—all while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $45 to $55 per hour, based on experience and enthusiasm. Our benefits package includes 50% coverage for health insurance, 100% coverage for dental insurance, a 401(k) with a 3% match, and generous paid time off. You'll have the privilege of seeing one patient at a time, ensuring quality care and personal connections, all while working in a well-equipped office with a dedicated team.
