Office Manager / Lead Dental Treatment Coordinator (High Case Acceptance)

Bittner Family Dental Group is a long-established, family-owned private practice serving the West San Jose community for over 50 years.

We are seeking a confident, patient-focused leader to step into a key role as our Office Manager transitions after a successful 20+ year tenure.

This is a high-level, patient-facing role focused on presenting and guiding patients through comprehensive dental treatment plans ($10K–$50K+).

This role is approximately 50% treatment presentation and 50% team leadership.

This Role Is Not a Fit If

Your experience is primarily in scheduling, billing, or front desk coordination
You have not personally presented and guided patients through larger dental treatment plans
You are more comfortable in a back-office or administrative-only role
What You’ll Do

Present and guide patients through comprehensive treatment plans
Confidently discuss treatment value and financial options
Help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with care
Work closely with doctors on case presentation and patient communication
Lead and support an established administrative team
Maintain a productive, well-organized schedule and daily flow
Oversee key areas, including billing, insurance, and office systems

Consistent daily flow and positive patient experience
Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in a dental office
Direct experience presenting treatment plans to patients
Comfortable discussing fees and financial options
Experience with Dentrix or similar practice management software
Leadership or team oversight experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

$40.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience)
