Front Desk Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated front office professional to join our dental team on a part-time basis. As a vital member of our pedodontics practice, you will be the first point of contact for our young patients and their families, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience as they enter our office.
The ideal candidate will possess a great personality and a willingness to learn, along with at least two years of experience in a dental front office setting. Proficiency in insurance verification and understanding Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) is essential for this role. You will work with our scheduling software, Dentrix Ascend, to manage appointments effectively.
Parking is available for staff in our convenient lot, and you’ll enjoy a one-hour lunch break during your shift. While we are currently defining our benefits package, we are committed to supporting our team members’ well-being and professional growth.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $20 to $27 per hour, commensurate with experience. Join our dedicated team and help create a positive dental experience for our little patients!
