Hygienist

We are a growing general dental practice seeking an experienced and patient-focused dental hygienist to join our full-time team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality preventive care, building trusted relationships with patients, and contributing to a supportive clinical environment.

In this position, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services while working one patient at a time. Appointments are typically scheduled for 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing you the time needed to deliver thorough care and educate patients on maintaining strong oral health. Your responsibilities will include performing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, periodontal evaluations, charting, radiographs, oral hygiene instruction, and supporting the dentist with accurate clinical documentation and patient communication. You should be comfortable collaborating with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and an excellent overall experience.

We are looking for a candidate with 2–4 years of experience in dental hygiene and a strong commitment to professionalism, clinical excellence, and patient comfort. The ideal applicant will have a college-level education, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a general dentistry setting where preventive care and long-term patient relationships are a priority. Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.

This is a full-time position with a 1-hour lunch break. Parking is available in the shopping center parking lot, making access convenient for team members. We value work-life balance and offer a benefits package that includes 401(k) and PTO. Compensation for this role is $50–$54 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
