Dental Insurance Coordinator/Front Desk, 4 days/wk
LOCATION
Bristow, VAJoin our dynamic dental office as we expand our team! We are seeking a dedicated Front Office professional to enhance our patient experience and support our growing practice in the general dentistry field.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in a dental front office role, bringing a strong knowledge of dental insurance along with exceptional customer service and communication skills. You should be a fast learner, able to adapt to our specific workflows, and contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere for both staff and patients.
This full-time position offers flexible parking options at the front or back of the office and includes a one-hour lunch break on weekdays, with half days on Saturday. We utilize modern scheduling software, including Open Dental and Flex, to streamline our operations.
We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, holiday pay, and an in-house dental benefit for our employees. Our competitive hourly wage starts at $26 and up, depending on the level of experience you have.
