Business Assistant/Clinical Assistant (Hybrid Role)

Hamilton Lakes Dentistry is a fee-for-service cosmetic and general dental practice led by three highly skilled female doctors. This is a hybrid role, meaning you'll work across both the front office and the clinical side of the practice. Some days look like scheduling, treatment planning conversations, and insurance coordination. Other days you're chairside, assisting with procedures, taking X-rays, and helping patients feel at ease. The variety is real, and so is the opportunity to grow.

What you'll do on the clinical side:
Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos, assisting doctors chairside during general and cosmetic procedures, preparing and breaking down operatories, following infection control protocols, and helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their appointments.

What you'll do on the front office side:
Welcoming patients and delivering a warm, professional experience from first contact to checkout, scheduling and confirming appointments, presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance, processing payments, and managing the revenue cycle to keep collections at 98% of production or above.
