Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join our busy dental office as a full-time team member. This position is ideal for a college-educated individual who values patient-centered care, clinical precision, and a supportive work environment. Our practice is a general, single-doctor office focused on delivering high-quality preventive and restorative dental care to patients of all ages.

In this role, you will provide thorough and efficient hygiene services while helping create a comfortable experience for each patient. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend about one hour with each patient, allowing you to deliver individualized care, build trust, and maintain a high standard of clinical attention. Responsibilities will include performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, taking and reviewing necessary radiographs, documenting findings accurately, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with both patients and team members. A warm chairside manner, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting the doctor are essential. You should be comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, reinforcing patient education, and contributing to a positive and efficient office flow.
