We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled General Dentist to join our multi-doctor practice that offers a range of services, including general dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, and more. This is a full-time position ideal for someone looking to grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a General Dentist in our practice, you will deliver comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and various procedures. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction, making effective communication essential in this role. In our busy office, you will need to operate efficiently and effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of care.

Qualifications:

- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general dentistry
- Active state dental license and malpractice insurance
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty and multi-doctor environment
- Willingness to work evening hours and Saturdays

- No Lab Case Fees: All necessary lab case fees will be covered by our practice, maximizing your earnings.
- Production-Based Pay:** You will be compensated based on your production, with opportunities to earn between **$18,000.00 - $24,000.00 a month.

As part of our standard health and safety protocols, we provide all staff with complete personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
