Location: Atascocita, TX
Pay: $17–$19 per hour (based on experience)
Atascocita Dentistry is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team! If you’re a customer-service superstar with dental office experience, we’d love to meet you.
🔹 About the Role
As our Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, and able to provide an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out.
🔹 Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
Perform insurance verification accurately and efficiently
Handle lead calling and follow-ups
Present and sell treatment plans with confidence and clarity
Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Support overall office flow and administrative tasks
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of dental front office experience
Proficiency with Open Dental software
Strong understanding of dental insurance verification
Experience with treatment plan presentation and case acceptance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
🔹 What We Offer
