Dental Front Desk Coordinator

At Highland West Dental Care, our front desk coordinator is the heartbeat of the practice. Patients remember you before they remember us — your voice is the first thing they hear, and your warmth is what brings them back. We're a tight-knit team looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and genuinely loves making people feel at ease.

This is not a receptionist role. You'll own the schedule, drive collections, present treatment plans with confidence, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll own

Answer and convert new patient calls — turning inquiries into booked appointments
Manage and optimize the daily schedule across three operatories
Verify insurance, submit claims, and follow up on outstanding balances
Present treatment plans clearly and help patients understand their financial options
Confirm appointments and proactively fill cancellations from a short-call list
Greet and check in patients with genuine warmth — every single time
Participate in daily morning huddles and weekly team check-ins
You're a great fit if you...

Have 2+ years of dental front office experience (required)
Are comfortable with Open Dental Software
Know dental insurance — PPOs, billing codes, EOBs don't rattle you
Communicate clearly and confidently on the phone and in person
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping anything
Take initiative — you notice what needs to be done and you do it
Love being part of a small team where your work actually matters
Compensation and Benefits:

$25-$30/HR, DOE
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7AM - 3PM
Aggressive Bonus Structure, dependent on total office + individual performance
Over 2 Weeks PTO
3-day weekends every week!
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
